These are the terms for using yassnsass.com, including omy's club and, once it opens, the shop.

What this site is

yass & sass is a party-wear label. omy's club is the community around it: gigs we think are worth your night, the artists behind them, and writing about how to party well.

Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email. Keep access to that inbox, because anyone who has it can sign in as you.

One account per person. Give us real information, particularly an address you actually read.

You can delete your account whenever you want. Ask and it is done.

Being in the club

The club is small and we intend to keep it decent. We will close an account, without a refund of anything owing, for harassing other members, impersonating somebody, or using the site to do harm.

If you choose to appear in the member directory, your handle, display name and city become publicly visible. That choice is yours and reversible.

Gigs

We list gigs we would go to ourselves. We do not sell tickets, run the events, or take payment for listings. A link to a ticket seller is a link, not an endorsement of that seller.

Details change, nights get cancelled, lineups shift. Check with the venue or promoter before you travel.

How to party

The guidance in omy's club is exactly that: guidance. It is not medical advice. If something is going wrong at a party, call a doctor or emergency services rather than reading a web page.

The shop

The shop has not opened. When it does, terms covering pricing, shipping, returns and cancellations will be published and will apply to orders from that point.

What belongs to whom

The design, words, photographs and code on this site belong to yass & sass. Artist names, music and images belong to those artists.

What you write in your profile stays yours. By putting it on a public profile, you are giving us permission to display it on the site, which is the only thing we do with it.

Where we stand

We try to keep the site accurate and available, and we will not pretend to guarantee either. We are not responsible for what happens at an event we merely listed, or on a website we merely linked to.

Changes

We will update these when the shop opens, and whenever else it is warranted. Material changes get said out loud.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
