orders

the shop has not opened yet, so there are no orders to chase. once it does, every order you place shows up under your account with its status.

your account

we do not use passwords. enter your email and we send you a link that signs you in. links expire after an hour, and asking for a new one is always safe.

not getting the email

check spam first. if it is not there, the address may have a typo, so try again carefully. still nothing after a few minutes, write to us and we will look.

your profile in the club

you decide whether you appear in the member directory. turn it off in your profile and you disappear from it immediately.

deleting your account

write to us and we will delete it, along with everything attached to it. we do not make you argue with anyone about it.

a gig we should list

tell us. we book nothing and take nothing for listings, so the only thing that gets a night on here is whether we would go ourselves.
